This document extends the functionality of SHACL by defining RDF vocabularies to cover advanced features including custom targets, annotation properties, SHACL functions, node expressions, expression constraints, and SHACL rules. These features greatly extend the application scenarios of SHACL and SHACL-SPARQL in particular, enabling more flexible shape validation and rule-based data transformations.
