LinkML is an open-source data modeling framework that simplifies the creation of FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) data models. It allows users to author schemas in YAML that can be converted to multiple formats including JSON-LD, RDF, OWL, GraphQL, and SQL DDL. The framework bridges semantic web standards with developer-friendly tools, enabling both technical and non-technical users to create well-structured, ontology-aligned data models.
